Film Production Inspires Creation of River Arts Graffiti Wall

The Wanderlost production team scheduled a shoot at the
Old Chesterfield Mill location in Asheville’s historic River Arts District in the Fall of ’08. Working with property owner Whit Rylee the crew shot a graffiti piece developed for the film by multi-talented artist Rob Hunt. Rob and Whit developed a friendly rapport while on set and Rob proposed the idea of a local
graffiti wall where some of ` Asheville’s most talented artists could freely paint. The wall has evolved into a tapestry of the who’s who of Asheville graffiti and is visited by out of town legends like CAP and Buzz Blur.
